The hotel had its ups and downs in my stay. The rooms were very badly maintained with issues like non-functional A/C and poor housekeeping, which was surprising given that it was recommended by my family. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, though their customer service skills could be more refined. The location was a mixed bag; while it was within walking distance to the Sai Baba temple, the surroundings didn't match the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The dining experience had its moments of quality, but overall it needs improvement and more variety in the menu.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms, peacefully located within walking distance from the Shirdi temple, were really neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The restaurant looked awesome too. The staff was extremely customer-friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The location is a big plus being so close to the Shirdi Mandir, perfect for families with children. The dining experience was tasty, though some more variety would be great. Overall, a great value for the money with top-notch service and cleanliness.
